INVITATION TO TENDER OFFERS ON PRICE No. 4/TAKWIA/2010

Thursday 20 January 2011 10:00 am, there shall be in the meeting room of the Social Development Agency, at the opening of bids on the open tender for the completion of the evaluation process of implementing the program TAKWIA for Qualification of Associations "Project MOR7R305.

The tender dossier can be removed at the Department of Administration and Finance, located at Avenue Allal El Fassi, Madinat Al Irfane (buildings of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Work Education Training), Rabat.

The provisional guarantee is set at the sum of ten thousand dirhams (10.000,00 MAD).

The content and presentation files must be in accordance with Articles 29 and 30 of the Regulations concerning the conditions and forms of Procurement of the Social Development Agency (July 17, 2006)
Competitors may
:

- or testify against their receipt folds Service General Services Agency;
- or send them by registered mail with acknowledgment to the aforesaid services;
- or give them to the Chairman of the Committee tender at the beginning of the meeting and before the bid opening.

The documents required are those provided by Article 26 of the Rules supra, namely:

1. Administrative record including:

- a. the affidavit;
- b. piece or pieces justifying the powers conferred upon the person acting on behalf of the competitor;
- c. collector's certificate of place of taxation issued less than one year;
- d. the certificate issued less than one year by the CNSS
- e. the receipt of the certificate or provisional guarantee of joint and several guarantee in lieu thereof;
- f. certificate of registration in the register of commerce.
- g. The insurance certificate;

2. Technical dossier containing

The technical dossier should include the following:
- a) A note stating the human and technical competitor, location, date, nature and extent of services he has performed or the performance of which he has competed and the position he held in each of the studies which he participated;
- b) certificates issued by the men of art under the direction of which those benefits were executed or by the owners who eventually received. Each certificate shall include the nature of services, amount, time and dates, appraisal, and the name of the signatory;

3.The technical offer:

- 1. The methodology for conducting the evaluation;
- 2. Planned activities
- 3. The curriculums of the original team members.

4.The financial offer

The financial bid should include:

- 1 - The act of engagement completed and signed by the competitor or his authorized representative in which he undertakes to perform the services covered by the market
- 2 - The price schedule and detailed estimate prepared in accordance with the specimen in CPS. The amount of the market and unit prices slip prices and estimated retail must be written in figures and words.

5.Dossier Additive

This folder should include the following:

1 - The special conditions (SPC) and resolution advisory (RC) initialed on every page and signed the last page with handwritten words "read and accepted";
