INVITATION TO TENDER OFFERS ON PRICE No. 03/TAKWIA/2010
Wednesday, January 19, 2011 at 10:00 am, there shall be in the hall meetings, the Development Agency Office at the opening of bids on the tender price on open tender for the execution of an organizational diagnosis and development of a provincial plan to strengthen capacity for associations in the province of fkih Bensalah.
The tender dossier can be removed at the Department of Administration and Finance, located at Avenue Allal El Fassi, Madinat Al Irfane (buildings of the Mohammed VI Foundation for Social Work Education Training), Rabat.
The provisional guarantee is set at the sum of ten thousand dirhams (10.000,00 MAD).
Content and presentation files must be in accordance with Articles 29 and 30 of the Rules Relating to Forms and Conditions of Procurement of the Social Development Agency (July 17, 2006) Competitors may
:
- either file against a receipt to their folds Service General Services Agency;
- or send them by registered mail with acknowledgment to the aforesaid services;
- or give them to the chairman of the committee bidding early in the meeting and before the bid opening.
The vouchers provided are those provided by Article 26 of the Rules supra, namely:
1. Administrative record includes:
- a. the affidavit;
- b. or the evidence supporting the powers conferred upon the person acting on behalf of the competitor;
- c. collector's certificate of place of taxation issued less than one year;
- d. the certificate issued less than one year by the CNSS
- e. the receipt of the certificate or provisional guarantee of joint and several guarantee in lieu thereof;
- f. registration certificate the register of commerce.
NB: The certificates referred to in paragraphs c, d and f are not required of competitors that are not installed in Morocco
2. Technical dossier containing
- a. a note indicating the human and technical resources of the competitor containing the information required by paragraph a), § 2 of Article 26 of the Rules supra;
- b. It is attached to this note certificates issued by the men of art under the direction of which those benefits were executed or building owners who may have benefited. Each certificate specifies including the nature of benefits, amount, time and dates, appraisal, and the name of the signatory;
- c. Optionally, information, technical parts or attachments on the company.
- d. the certificate of approval for the BET national Ministry of Equipment in 13 "general studies"
3. The technical offer:
- 1. The intervention methodology;
- 2. Planned activities
- 3. The curriculums of the original team members.
4. The financial
- The financial bid should include:
- 1 - The act of engagement completed and signed by the competitor or his authorized representative in which he undertakes to provide the services procured;
- 2 - The price schedule and detailed estimate prepared in accordance with the specimen in CPS. The contract amount and the unit prices of the price schedule and detailed estimate should be written in figures and words.
5. File added:
This folder should include the following:
1 - The special conditions (SPC) and resolution advisory (RC) initialed on every page and signed the last page with the handwritten words "read and accepted";
