The meeting of February 7, 2011 was an opportunity to see the importance of the work to initiate and expenditures to be done to start a daycare facility which complies with the regulations. As the scope of administrative, financial and development makes it impossible to start a plant according to September 2010, we decided, first, to pursue cooperative approaches to accreditation in order to start Sitting in September 2012 and, secondly, to start service in September guard-house of six children who were removed by their small number, the requirements in licensed child care under the responsibility of parents to ensure site safety and staff competence. This modest beginning will define and implement an educational program and administrative policies which can then be taken to an accredited facility. However, many questions remain to be discussed.
